Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to accommodate clients on our waitlist and ensures our stylists’ schedules remain filled.

We understand that unexpected situations arise, and we will do our best to work with you. However, if late cancellations (within 24 hours) become a recurring issue, you may be required to prepay for future appointments when booking.

No-Show Policy:
First No-Show: You will receive a reminder of our policy.
Second No-Show: You will be required to prepay for any future appointments.

All our services are starting prices. Prepaid appointments will be based off the starting price; however, there may be additional costs during the appointment, and the difference will need to  be paid at the end of the end of the service.

Tardy Policy

Our stylists schedules are very time sensitive, and starting a client late can make the remainder of the day difficult.  We will do our best to accommodate you if you are running behind, but we may need to reschedule or cancel the appointment if time is limited. 

If you think you may be arriving late, please call us immediately, so we can ensure your appointment can be fully completed. 

We do have a general 10 minute grace period, however, this does not always ensure that your stylist will be able to perform the whole service. If you do not arrive or call within the first 10 minutes, your appointment may be cancelled and you will be marked as a no show. 

Service Deposits

A service deposit may be required to secure your appointment if you:

Are new to the salon

Are booking a long or high-value service

Have a history of no-shows, same-day cancellations, or tardiness

Deposit Details:

The deposit amount is $75, collected at the time of scheduling.
This amount will be applied to your total service cost at checkout.
If you fail to show up for your appointment, the deposit is non-refundable.

We use and sell AVEDA products. AVEDA products are 100% vegan, sourced and manufactured responsibly, and 90% naturally derived, and completely cruelty free. 

We do accept walk-ins IF we have availability for the service. We prefer you schedule, just to ensure we have the right amount of time to make you feel your best!

The best way to schedule is to give us a call, but we can also help you over WIX Chat, email, Facebook or Instagram DMs, Yelp, or click the “Book Now” button for online booking.

We do offer online booking which can be found at the top of the screen by clicking the “Book Now” button! 

Check our Instagram or Facebook for any current specials. We also have our Yelp and Google review discount that is constantly available! Leave a review, and receive 10% off your next visit!

We rank our stylists based off of two factors: how long they have been licensed AND how long they have worked in our salon. Lead stylists are the highest level, followed by: senior stylists, advanced stylist, studio stylists, and new talent stylists
