Cancellation Policy
We ask that you let us know at least 24 hours in advance if you will not be able to make your appointment, or need to reschedule. This allows us to accommodate any other clients on our waitlist, as well as ensuring our stylist are having their schedules filled.
We understand that unavoidable issues come up, and we will do our best to work with you. However, if cancelling within 24 hours becomes reoccuring, you may need to prepay any further appointments when booking.
First No Show, you will be reminded of our policy.
Second No Show, you will need to prepay for any future appointments.
** All our services are starting prices. Prepaid appointments will be based off the starting price; however, there may be additional costs during the appointment, and the difference will need to be paid at the end of the end of the service.**
Tardy Policy
Our stylists schedules are very time sensitive, and starting a client late can make the remainder of the day difficult. We will do our best to accommodate you if you are running behind, but we may need to reschedule or cancel the appointment if time is limited.
We do have a general 15 minute grace period, however, this does not always ensure that your stylist will be able to perform the whole service. If you do not arrive or call within the first 15 minutes, your appointment may be cancelled and you will be marked as a no show.
If you think you may be arriving late, please call us immediately, so we can ensure your appointment can be fully completed.
Service Deposits
If you are:

New to the salon

Requesting a large, long service

Building a record of no shows, same day cancellations, or tardiness
You may need to pay a service deposit to hold your appointment time.
Our service deposit is currently $75. It is taken at the time of scheduling, and will be deducted from your overall total when you pay.
However, if you do not show up for your appointment, the service deposit is non-refundable.
